Fairmont, MN puts on one of the best fireworks display of all southern Minnesota. If you haven't attended in years past, put it on your to-do list.
Fireworks photography can be tricky because you need to put a lot of focus on the timing. Due to this, you need to make sure your lens is in focus before failing light and make small increment changes to get it just perfect. You'll have more bad shots than good ones by the end of the night.
